Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic litigation group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of substantial experience in all phases of litigation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a driven attorney to advance their career in a thriving legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead counsel in complex commercial litigation cases.
• Conduct all phases of litigation, including motion practice, depositions, court hearings, arbitration, and mediation.
• Represent clients in both state and federal courts.
• Manage bench and jury trials, with a preference for first chair experience.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Active licenses to practice law in Missouri and Kansas.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven track record of serving as lead counsel.
• Extensive experience with motion practice, depositions, and court hearings.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Portable business is preferred.
