Commercial Loan Officer - Gpac

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Commercial Loan Officer to join our dynamic team in Peoria. Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of commercial loan clients and develop new business opportunities

- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to assess creditworthiness of potential borrowers

- Structure and negotiate commercial loan transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies

- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to drive business growth

- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and credit analysts, to ensure timely and accurate loan processing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Loan Officer in a banking or financial institution

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a large book of business

- Strong knowledge of commercial lending practices, credit analysis, and risk assessment

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
