Commercial Loan Workout Specialist 20-23hr at TEKsystems

Our client is seeking a Loan Workout Specialist for a contingent assignment. In this role, you will support low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout. You'll review basic or tactical issues, policies, and procedures related to low-risk tasks and deliverables that have narrower impact. This role provides you with the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of Loan Workout functions, compliance, and operational processes, while receiving guidance from a supervisor and collaborating with internal teams.

Job Title: Loan Workout Specialist

Placement Type: Contract ( 52 Weeks)

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Location: On-site- St. Louis, MO

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for low-complexity Loan Workout initiatives.
• Address basic issues and follow established procedures to resolve them efficiently.
• Communicate and provide information to internal personnel on Loan Workout-related tasks.
• Apply judgment within defined parameters while developing knowledge of function policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Loan Workout or Commercial Lending, or equivalent experience (e.g., work, consulting, training, military, or education).

Top Skills - Must Haves:

• Legal Administration/Support Experience: Experience in legal administration or support, particularly with document handling and time-sensitive tasks.
• Adobe Reader Proficiency: Ability to combine and manage documents using Adobe Reader.
• Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and OneNote.
• Shipping Experience: Experience shipping documents with FEDEX.
• Legal Procedures Knowledge: Understanding of legal civil procedures.

Nice to Haves:

• Hands-on experience supporting paralegals, attorneys, or court systems.
• Experience working in a legal admin role with a focus on document management and support.
