The largest locksmith company in Arizona is seeking a Commercial Locksmith to install, repair, and maintain a variety of locking systems and security devices in commercial properties. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in commercial locksmithing and a strong understanding of security protocols. With excellent communication and customer service skills, the new team member will contribute to business growth by ensuring high-quality service while providing efficient and reliable security solutions for clients.

Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Installation and Maintenance:
  • Install, repair, and maintain locks, door hardware to include Door closers, Panic Bars, Levers, and other hardware.
  • Install, maintain, rebuild, and repair mechanical and electrical locking devices.
  • Disassemble locks (padlocks, safe locks, door locks).
  • Ensure all locking mechanisms meet security standards and operate smoothly.
  • Knowledge of access control systems is a plus but not required.
• Key Management:
  • Create and duplicate keys.
  • Manage key control systems to prevent unauthorized access.
• Security Assessments:
  • Conduct security assessments of commercial and residential properties and recommend improvements.
• Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of lock installations, repairs, and key distributions.
  • Pictures, before and after required for each job.
  • Complete any and all documentation required by the customer
• Customer Service:
  • Interact with clients to understand their security needs and provide professional recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Stay Updated:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in locksmithing and security.  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a locksmith, especially in a commercial setting
• Strong understanding of key cutting, lock picking
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
• Desire to grow and expand your career
• Integrity, honesty, and passion for helping people
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment up to 150lbs and tools
• Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and in confined spaces
