Strong understanding of finance, negotiation skills, and business acumen. Managing the financial aspects of the Project's contracts and commercial relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Contract Management: Responsible for the negotiation, creation, and management of contracts with clients, suppliers, and other business partners.
· Identifying and mitigating risks associated with commercial agreements and contracts is a critical responsibility.
· Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships is vital. understand client needs and ensure that the company delivers value as per contractual agreements.
· Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data related to contracts and commercial agreements is essential for making informed decisions. Assess financial performance, cost structures, and profitability.
· Compliance and Legal Matters: Staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations and ensuring that contracts and agreements adhere to legal requirements are essential. This includes liaising with legal departments.
· Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing budgets related to Project task activities is part of the role. Provide financial forecasts to guide decision-making.
· Team Management: In larger organizations, Oversee a team of professionals, including contract managers, pricing analysts, and procurement specialists.
· Performance Reporting: Regularly reporting on the performance of commercial activities and contracts to senior management is a key responsibility.
· Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in commercial operations and developing strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
· Communication: Effective communication with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, is crucial for the success of commercial activities.
