Commercial Membership Services Coordinator
Midwest Heating & Cooling is a quickly growing company in SE Wisconsin that services, maintains, and installs HVAC equipment for both commercial and residential clients. Our company was founded by two partners that have been in the HVAC industry for over 15 years. Midwest is a leader in the heating, cooling, and indoor air quality industry, serving Mukwonago, Muskego, Wales, and the surrounding communities. Our team has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC services.
Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Rotating on-call responsibilities including nights and weekends.
Compensation: Hourly plus commission with earnings up to $60k annually.
Primary Role: Membership Services Coordinator's primary role is to drive the growth of the company's
membership database through the acquisition of new, and the retention of existing, memberships.
They ensure clients are taking full advantage of their membership services, benefits and
promotional opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Sell the company's membership programs to new and existing clients.
- Perform company approved outreach campaigns via telephone, texts, emails and social media that keep
membership clients informed of their benefits, promotional opportunities, additional products and services, and replacement options. - Conduct post-appointment quality assurance calls for the purpose of seeking new membership opportunities and ensuring 5-star client satisfaction is achieved.
- Accurate, dependable and consistent data entry; Maintain the company's membership database with precise
accuracy. - Schedule membership services in accordance with the Service Department's maintenance schedules as provided by the Service Manager and/or Service Dispatcher(s).
- Accounts receivable responsibilities; Keep current the payment methods for both monthly and annual
memberships. - Maintain a working knowledge of all finance, rebate and reward programs.
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments and all general inquiries.
- Swiftly and professionally resolve client concerns. Escalate as needed with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Represent the company in a professional & ethical manner consistent with the company's integrity and values.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of professional sales experience, preferably in the area of telephone and digital
communications. - Minimum two years' experience providing expert, high level customer service via various forms of communication: Telephone, text, email, social media.
- High level, professional verbal and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, outgoing personality with superior organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work with a team to achieve departmental goals. Must be reliable, honest and cooperative.
- Able to perform own duties to meet/exceed established metrics independently with little to no supervision.
- Capable of making sound decisions based upon logic and reasoning.
- Expected to be discrete when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Able to learn software applications and use them with proficiency, accuracy and confidence.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs.
- Geographical knowledge of our servicing area or ability to read maps.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
