Residential services include high-speed Internet with speeds up to Vyve Gig, all-digital, high-definition video and fully featured digital voice. Vyve Business Services provides optical Ethernet, PRI, and hosted voice services to the business community. Vyve serve areas of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.
The primary function of the Commercial Inbound Retention Representative at Vyve Broadband is crucial for retaining business clients and minimizing customer turnover.
Core Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention: Use retention strategies to address pain points that could lead to customer disconnection.
- Account Monitoring: Ensure scheduled commercial disconnects occur as planned, and handle retention for accounts up for renewal.
- Sales Opportunities: Identify customers needing contract renewals and explore solutions to improve customer satisfaction and contract retention.
- Communication: Clearly communicate product offerings, handle billing questions, and educate customers on service features.
- Reporting: Track and report on retention activities to management and contribute to team retention projects.
- Detail Orientation: Accurate task handling to minimize errors.
- Sales and Customer Service: Strong skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce and BroadHub (preferred).
