Qualifications and responsibilities for this Division Manager position include:

• Master Plumber's License (unrestricted) required.
• Must be able to estimate, manage, and oversee projects up to $10M.
• Supervise 1 Project Manager and a team of 12 technicians.
• Provide on-site support and leadership for commercial plumbing projects.
• Experience with Trimble and Procore software preferred.
• Manage division operations, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with executive teams and participate in company growth.
• Drive continuous improvement and project efficiency.

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
