• Assist with pool construction projects, including excavating, forming, and setting structures.
• Perform concrete tasks, including pouring, finishing, and grading.
• Take accurate elevation measurements and maintain proper grading standards.
• Support the installation of pool plumbing and electrical systems.
• Maintain and manage inventory of materials and tools on-site.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to meet project goals.
• Ensure work is completed according to safety standards and project specifications.
• Assist with site clean-up and preparation before and after each workday.
• Skid steer, forklift, and excavator operation experience is highly preferred.
• A valid driver's license is necessary. Experience hauling trailers is preferred.
• Ability to work with elevations, slopes, and power tools.
• Ability to pass a Background check and Drug Screening.

• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of construction experience (preferred).

• Full-time position with overtime available after 40 hours, especially during summer.
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, starting as early as 6:30 AM, typically ending at 5:00 PM.
  • The expected work week is 40-50 hours.
  • OT Potential!
• Able to work out of town for 4-5 days at a time, with rare weekend work.

• West Fargo, ND 58078: Relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Working in the Local area and Traveling across the State
  • Multiple build site locations; work leaves from the shop.
• Relocation Assistance Potential if moving to the area for full-time work.
