Compensation Overview:

Salary Range (DOE)- $95-110k; ++ Bonus up to $50-70k/year depending on performance (( Paid Per Project 50%-80% per year or more!)); Full Benefits/Insurance Options; Auto/Phone Allowance/month; PTO + Holidays

Experience Required to Start a Conversation: 

> 5+ years estimating commercial projects with Timberline, Accubid, Paskr or similar software systems
> 3+ year or more of estimating & project managing experience with commercial TI/Build-Out projects
> Local Nashville (Middle-Tn) relationships and exposure to coordinating with Architects & Investment/Development companies
> Experience with negotiating material prices & scheduling orders, deliveries, etc. 
> 4 year college degree or equivalent (construction management) preferred
> Lives in local Nashville area (no relocation assistance provided)
> Residential construction experience will NOT be considered as equivalent. 

Position Summary

Manages projects & clientele including the project staff and subcontractors/vendors. The PM Estimates the projects & Plans, coordinates all activities of each designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

• Relationship building experience with owners around the area

Education/Experience

• Construction Management or Business (Bachelor’s) degree required.
• 5+ years of PM experience in the commercial new-remodel construction industry
• 5+ years of Project Management construction experience required in commercial industry.
• The selected candidate will also have a clean drivers license, drug screen and background check to be eligible for this opportunity.
