About the Job
The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for managing moves and installs for commercial customers. The Commercial Project Manager will provide outstanding customer service and assist the move process by communicating with the supervisor, customer, and crew members ensuring their team properly receives, inventories, inspects, and pulls inventory for final delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively manages employees, providing leadership, motivation, development, and discipline to promote quality performance.
- Manages delivery and installations with the onsite install supervisor and review of the service with the Customer as well as the Operations to ensure that the services are executed as planned.
- Manages receiving and inspections of customer inventory including the use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and data entry.
- Responsible for tracking and keeping up with the charges / invoicing for each project.
- Coordinates with customer and operations throughout each project.
- Responsible for directing personnel with daily workload.
- Accountable for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Suite and data entry systems, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in the Transportation industry a plus.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Forklift Certification preferred, but not required.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of kitting, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse operations.

- This position requires physical stamina and the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.
