We are a local acquisitions and management group specializing in retail, industrial, and land development. We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for real estate.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 years of commercial real estate accounting experience, preferably with a third-party management company.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with real estate management/accounting software such as Yardi, AppFolio, or similar. Experience with Rent Manager is strongly preferred.
• Reporting Skills: Proven ability to prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
• Collaborative Approach: Strong teamwork skills to work closely with staff in achieving financial goals.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and precision in all accounting processes.
