Job Title:  Commercial Property Manager

Company/Industry:  Well-established commercial real estate developer

Location: Farmingdale, NY

Salary: $85-120K/yr Commensurate with experience + benefits

Status: Direct hire, FT, On-Site

What You’ll Do:

• Provide excellent service to commercial real estate customers through company’s core values.

• Respond to tenant requests/problems in a timely and courteous manner and generate work orders directed to vendors or maintenance staff.

• Conduct periodic inspections of the commercial property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and the proper upkeep of the property.

• Ensure that property and lease files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with company policy.

• Prepare and maintain appropriate tenant lease files, records, correspondence and file notes.

• Become proficient with the Yardi Property management software

• Track tenant lease expirations, plan for move-outs/renewals as required.

• Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs.

• Approve and/or obtain estimates/bids for repairs at the property.

• Travel as needed.

Who You Are:

• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Yardi experience a plus

• 5+ years of direct Commercial Property Management required

• Excellent people skills.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 Per Year
