About the Job
We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join our Client’s close-knit team at a growing commercial real estate firm. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for tenants, ensuring smooth property operations while driving financial performance. Your leadership and relationship-building skills will be essential to keeping our properties running efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Manage property budgets and finances to keep everything on track.
- Oversee tenant improvements, capital projects, and respond promptly to tenant needs.
- Supervise daily operations, including vendors and maintenance staff, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and lease requirements.
- Perform regular property inspections and handle any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Administer leases, including billing, escalations, and reconciliations.
- Work with leasing brokers to ensure spaces are leased quickly and efficiently.
- Prepare bid specifications, review proposals, and negotiate annual service contracts.
- Review staffing needs and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the team is running at its best.
What You Bring:
- Strong understanding of lease agreements and real estate accounting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills—you’ll be interacting with tenants, clients, and staff daily.
- Ability to interpret complex documents and think analytically to solve problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Yardi Voyager.
- Leadership skills to supervise and mentor building technicians and support staff.
- Manage and mentor a team, providing guidance and support.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and exceed client expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- At least three years of property management or related experience.
- On-call availability for after-hours emergencies is required.

Salary:
$65K-$90k/Yr DOE.
