Our esteemed legal firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our team on a permanent basis. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to be part of a leading firm, working directly with a team of highly skilled professionals in Real Estate Law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling Commercial/Residential Real Estate matters including experience complex property acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions. Affordable Housing experience is a plus.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial/Transactional Real Estate Attorney.
3. Admission to the State Bar.
4. Proven experience in real estate law, including residential and commercial real estate.
5. Extensive knowledge of development deals and financing transactions.
6. Portable Book is Big Plus (not required)
