Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Familiarity with NH Title Examination Standards (and MA REBA / Real Estate Bar Association for MA Standards, a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Presents professionally, displays a positive attitude with high ethical standards
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and work efficiently while using good judgment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to take initiative
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting and interact directly with clients
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience working as a Real Estate Paralegal, strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of legal terminology and excellent computer skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite and related legal programs is required. 5+ years of title experience, paralegal certification, and producer title license, strongly preferred. Continuing legal education is expected. EOE
