We're currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 3-8 years of experience. This opportunity is ideal for those experienced in commercial real estate paralegal work, including real estate closings, drafting affidavits, and effective communication with insurance companies. Working closely with attorneys, you'll draft affidavits, prepare for depositions, and collaborate with real estate professionals to ensure case success. Experience with commercial leases and loans is a plus!

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
• Proficiency in real estate closings
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of commercial leases and loans
• Ability to collaborate closely with attorneys
• Strong organizational skills
• Drafting affidavits and preparing for depositions
• Effective communication with insurance companies and adjusters
• Collaboration with landlords, real estate brokers, and other professionals
• Maintaining organization of court cases and related materials
• Assisting attorneys with secretarial tasks and court case assistance
