Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Transactions: Coordinate every aspect of the transaction to ensure smooth execution and successful completion.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Utilize scheduling tools to track key deadlines and structure your workday around transaction milestones.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering timely updates with a professional and upbeat attitude.
- Document Management: Ensure all transaction documents are organized, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Collaboration: Support the President and brokers on large, complicated deals that make a lasting impact on the city.
- Maintain Transaction Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all active deals, effortlessly recalling important details as transactions progress.
- Problem Solving & Initiative: Proactively identify potential challenges in the transaction process and develop solutions before they become issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3 years as a commercial real estate transaction manager or equivalent experience.
- Licensing: Valid Salesperson license in Georgia or other relevant states.
- Strong experience in managing commercial real estate transactions.
- Impeccable Organizational Skills: Capable of juggling multiple tasks without missing a detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with transaction management tools like Pipedrive, Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word), e-sign platforms (Adobe, DocuSign).
- A team player with a positive attitude and passion for community impact.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinker, and a champion for diversity and inclusion.
