Qualifications Our Client is Seeking:
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven success in generating Commercial loans, with a focus on C&I (preferred), CRE, and/or Investment Real Estate.
- Business Development Focus: An individual with a keen eye for business development opportunities.
- Relationship Builder: A track record of establishing and nurturing profitable relationships with businesses in the market, coupled with a strong network of COIs.
- Credit Acumen: Solid understanding of Commercial Credit processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities.
- Integrity: A history of consistently doing the right thing for both customers and the bank.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
