Commercial Roofer Project Manager - Gpac

Well established company is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager of oversee multiple projects at a time.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• 5+ years in commercial roofing Project Management
• Knowledge of commercial roofing products, systems, manufacturers specifications.
• Work closely with architects and other professionals from pre-bid to completion
• Schedule and run meetings with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor construction process, ensure work is done up to code and quality.

Compensation:

• Base Salary with PTO based on experience.
• Additional bonuses and profit margin sharing
