Commercial Roofing Project Manager - Highland Roofing Company

Highland Roofing is committed to performing high quality commercial roof installations and repairs at a fair price to our customers. We're looking for someone who shares this philosophy and has the proven experience to oversee projects for commercial new construction, replacement roofing and coating/restoration projects.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill all project management duties for production projects including creation of start packets, materials buy outs, labor subcontracts, project scheduling, etc.
• Work closely with construction managers to ensure projects are running smoothly and on schedule.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of all material, equipment, and tools.
• Prepare and submit change orders; manage warranty callbacks.
• Communicate proactively and effectively with customers at all times.
• Schedule and coordinate new jobs.
• Analyze completed projects to compare estimated costs to actual costs and determine reasons for discrepancies.
• Review jobs after close-out to determine overall job performance
• Proactively work with executive team on improving/streamlining processes and workflows.
• Maintain an awareness of the department's productivity & profitability goals and work with dept. manager to meet and exceed those goals.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in project management
• Knowledgeable of a variety of roofing systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with minimal management
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent presentation, communication, writing, and listening skills
