Responsibilities of Superintendent:
- Oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain a safe work environment for all team members
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project
Essential Job Functions of Superintendent:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions
- Experience with project management software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the industry
