Starting Wage: $29.20 2.30 shift differential

Shift: 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4:48pm-3:18am

What you will do:


* Builds Rooftop HVAC units by assembling various complex component parts


* Required to perform a variety of assembly operations, moving within the area to meet production needs, performing tasks including buildup, electrical assembly, interior/exterior component fit-up, and final assembly


* Uses a computer for assembly drawings


* Performs a quality check on the unit before it leaves the assembly station.  Performs 5S procedures


* Takes part in the training process for all new team members


* Provides input regarding the performance of new team members


* Participates with other team members on safety, process and quality improvement teams


* Works with team members, supervisors and support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements


* Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:


* Ability to operate hand tools


* Ability to read and understand written English

Preferred Qualifications:


* High School Diploma or GED


* Previous manufacturing experience
