About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing customer-focused sales strategies that will demonstrate strong solutions and results for our prospects and customers.
- Prospecting, networking, and building a major presence in your territory by estimating/selling and closing of new business on the commercial side.
- Manage the sales cycle/project to ensure that all aspects of the services are delivered as agreed upon.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of workplace solutions and client’s issues and needs
- Responsible for attaining sales goals, closing ratios and completing sales reports.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales role within Moving and Storage or Relocation industries selling to commercial or corporate clients.
- Proven track record of previous sales success
- Ability to easily build rapport and relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
