Job Overview
Apple Moving is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing tailored moving solutions to commercial clients. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of commercial moving and storage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Target New Business Opportunities
- o Prospect and qualify potential commercial clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Client Relationship Management
- o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- o Conduct site visits and assessments to understand clients’ moving needs and provide accurate quotes and solutions.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals
- o Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of commercial clients.
- o Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research and Analysis
- o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- o Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive products, and potential areas for product development.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to support sales initiatives and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commercial Sales Representative or similar sales role, preferably in the moving and relocation industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
