Commercial Sales Representative - Porter Group

Leading manufacturer in the building products industry is seeking a Baltimore/Northern Baltimore Commercial Sales Executive. Qualified candidates will have at least 3+ years of selling one of the following: specified structural elements, hard-scapes, tools, fasteners, or large equipment rental to Developers, Building Owners and large GCs.  A proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals is a must!   Ideally managing the product life cycle from start to finish and comfortable with a 6-24 month sales cycle.   Base salary of $75-80K with a target income of $150-155K first full year of selling (excludes training period) and car allowance of $600/month.  Employee benefits including 401K and very family friendly organization.
