• Cabling and Wiring: Experience running, forming, and pulling wiring in commercial jobs, ensuring all cables are neatly organized and properly labeled.
• Installation Skills: Proficient in installing security devices such as IP Cameras, CCTV systems, Access Control systems, door locks, card readers, panic buttons, and Intrusion alarm systems. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
• Licensing: Must be licensed for security alarm work in the state.
• Low Voltage Installation Skills: Expertise in low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Service: Experience in providing maintenance and support for installed systems.
• Low Voltage Installation: Additional experience in low voltage installations beyond security systems.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Level 1 Technician responsible for the installation of security systems in various commercial environments. Key responsibilities include:

• Wiring and Cabling: Running, forming, pulling, and terminating cables and wiring for security systems. Ensuring all wiring is installed to code and meets safety standards.
• Device Wiring: Wiring up and configuring a variety of security devices, including access control systems, IP cameras, CCTV systems, and intrusion alarm systems.
• Security Systems: Installing and configuring security systems, ensuring they are fully operational and meet client specifications.
• Schematics: Reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installation of security systems.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Conducting tests on installed systems to ensure functionality and troubleshooting any issues that arise during installation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with security management software such as Genetec, Brivo, and Lenel is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
