Commercial Service Electrician

• Ensure electrical systems meet all company standard job specifications, the NEC requirements, and other relevant local codes
  
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using a variety        of tools
  
• Create, maintain and repair the electronic components and equipment involving electricity
  
• Determine condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs
  
• Collaborate with electricians and electrical engineers, to maintain machinery and specialty equipment
  
• Collaborate with property managers to ensure electrical concerns and issues are resolved
  
• Identify problems in complicated electrical grids, isolate the issue and find resolution
  
• Use specialized measuring and diagnostic devices to evaluate electrical equipment
  

Requirements

• Customer service oriented to work directly with our customers
  
• Medium Voltage a PLUS
  
• Troubleshooting and strong problem solving ability in the electrical field
  
• Comprehend electrical blueprints and review for accuracy
  
• Ability to interpret schematics to build electronic devices
  
• Knowledge of electrical grids and ability to install and troubleshoot
  
• Mathematical aptitude to create and analyze schematics
  
• Ability to identify issues and correct problems with electrical components
  
• Journeyman certification or equivalent electrician experience
  
• Excellent working knowledge of the Building Codes
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
