Commercial Service Electrician
Schwenksville, PA
Hourly Rate: Up to $35.00
- Ensure electrical systems meet all company standard job specifications, the NEC requirements, and other relevant local codes
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using a variety of tools
- Create, maintain and repair the electronic components and equipment involving electricity
- Determine condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs
- Collaborate with electricians and electrical engineers, to maintain machinery and specialty equipment
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure electrical concerns and issues are resolved
- Identify problems in complicated electrical grids, isolate the issue and find resolution
- Use specialized measuring and diagnostic devices to evaluate electrical equipment
Requirements
- Customer service oriented to work directly with our customers
- Medium Voltage a PLUS
- Troubleshooting and strong problem solving ability in the electrical field
- Comprehend electrical blueprints and review for accuracy
- Ability to interpret schematics to build electronic devices
- Knowledge of electrical grids and ability to install and troubleshoot
- Mathematical aptitude to create and analyze schematics
- Ability to identify issues and correct problems with electrical components
- Journeyman certification or equivalent electrician experience
- Excellent working knowledge of the Building Codes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
