We are seeking a motivated and experienced 5 year Commercial Roofing Service Manager to oversee our service operations. This role involves managing a team of roofing technicians, ensuring project efficiency, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of commercial roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the commercial roofing service department.
• Supervise, train, and mentor service technicians.
• Coordinate service requests and schedule work efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or questions.

Qualifications:
