Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Analysis of the customer structure (e.g. landscaping/municipalities/large customers), selection of potential customers and analysis of customer requirements together with dealers’ commercial solutions team members
- Primary STIHL contact for regional corporate offices belonging to National and Strategic Accounts within their territory
- Cooperation with area sales managers, Technical Sales Specialists and commercial solution consultants in National Accounts and full-line dealers
- Presentation / demos / marketing of commercial product solutions
- Coordination/preparation of customer visits and reporting via the CRM system
Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree or combined experience and education preferred
- MS Office, CRM proficiency
- Negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, decision-making skills
- Proven strong sales abilities and relationship-building
- Reliability, ability to deal with conflict, willingness to work in a team
- Strong sense of personal responsibility, commitment, willingness to change
- English language proficiency required
- 1-3 years in key account management, sales and consulting. Experience around OPE and battery technology is required. STIHL Dealer experience is preferred
- Travel Requirements: 50%
