Your new role:

As our Commercial Supervisor/Superintendent, you’ll be the go-to for ensuring our teams run like a well-oiled machine. Your mission? To keep projects on track, budgets in line, and manpower deployed strategically. You’ll collaborate directly with Foremen to make sure the right talent is in the right place at the right time, while also keeping a pulse on company labor and project needs. Here’s what you’ll be tackling:

• Track Labor: Monitor, manage, and report on project labor usage.
• Work with Foremen: Team up with Foremen to ensure manpower is allocated efficiently across all job sites.
• Assist with Manpower Needs: Provide top-notch support in recruiting, scheduling, and deploying our skilled workforce.
• Track Company Labor: Stay on top of labor costs and productivity, ensuring our resources are optimized.
• Forecast Labor: Look ahead, anticipate labor requirements, and strategize to meet future demands.
