Commercial Windshield Repair Tech - Save-A-Shield
Union City, CA 94536
About the Job
Our Save A Shield process has been the industry standard for over 35 years and we are a founding member of the NWRA in the early 90’s.
Today, the NWRA is the most credible source for nationally recognized windshield crack repair standards. After excessive development and decades of testing, we offer the most permanent and cosmetically perfect windshield crack repair. Our glass repair is done with the touch of the hand, not with a machine. We do not use gauges to determine when the job is done. Consequently, we provide a higher standard in glass repair.
Save-A-Shield hires at the technician level. Manager positions are promoted from within.
Our technicians are individually trained. Save-A-Shield provides uniforms and tools at zero cost to the employee. In exchange the company expects its employees to work hard and to communicate to leadership when issues arise.
Our Commercial Windshield Repair Tech will drive a route to our commercial clients to repair windshields for fleet vehicles. The technician will assess the cars to determine whether he/she can repair the car or not.
