Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of job execution, including schedules, coordination, material and equipment logistics, and overseeing multiple superintendents.
• Supervise superintendents who are responsible for (4) crews of 5-8 people each and (2) repair crews, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining safety standards.
• Oversee job progress and provide guidance and support to superintendents and crews to ensure timely and quality job completion.
• Handle bids and estimates during slower periods.
• Be present in the office approximately 60% of the time, with the remainder spent on job site visits and check-ins.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in roofing or construction, with a strong emphasis on commercial projects. Residential experience is also a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to oversee a diverse team of superintendents and crew members.
• Experience with job bidding, estimating, and project management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
