Commission Accountant - Hybrid - Tandym

A company in the Commercial Real Estate space is current searching for a Commission Accountant to join its team as a contract-to-hire employee. The position will be hybrid and based in New York City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage broker compensation processes, including commission reconciliations and payroll
• Collaborate with international teams and various internal departments
• Review broker payment attributes and reconcile reports
• Assist with automation and finance transformation projects
• Prepare equity reports and assist with audits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or similar
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and Real Estate experience
