Colliers Project Leaders is currently looking for a Commissioning & Energy Project Manager to join our team in Madison, CT.

Responsibilities:- Provide Cx/EBCx services through all phases (design, construction, and post-occupancy; planning, investigation, implementation, turnover, and persistence).
- Manage projects to completion, on-time, within budget, and within scope of work and are able to independently produce reports, summaries, and briefings.
- Effectively lead communications within a project team and successfully manage multiple clients at once.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to read/understand technical materials (i.e. drawings, specs, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving skills, planning and organizing, decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), facilitation, and team work capabilities.
- Knowledge of New England area.
- EIT or PE preferred.
- ACP or CCP preferred.
- Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
