About the Job
The Communication Center Specialist will focus on making calls for the Texas market to schedule past due patients, unscheduled treatment, and calling from our Medicaid rosters.
- Must live in TEXAS, and have Dental experience
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish) – The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in Spanish and English.
- This is a remote position working Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
We are looking for talented individuals to assist us in providing a 5-star customer experience for our patients on behalf of our affiliated pediatric dental and orthodontic practices. Specialist must have a friendly demeanor, the ability to quickly make a personal connection with callers, possess strong conflict resolution skills and properly organize inquiries and requests to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.

- High school graduate (or GED)
- Experience working in a busy environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independent thinker
- Proficient in spelling and typing
- Ability to be a team player
- Must be reliable
- Bilingual (Spanish) – The ability to read, write and speak fluently in Spanish and English.
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology
- Previous dental experience
