Communication & Member Relations Manager - The Club at Renaissance

• This position works directly with the Membership Director, Clubhouse Manager, General Manager and other department heads in ensuring timely and appropriate communication utilizing tools that assist in the delivery of the benefits and services promised to members. 
• The manager fosters relationships and is instrumental in driving the Member Connect process – both Member to Member and Member to Employee.  In addition, you will champion the New Member Connect system/process to help new Members develop relationships, experience personalized service, cultivate Member recognition, join Clubs within the Club, and participate in events that enriches their lives. 
• The Member Relations & Communications Manager will partner with the Membership Director on giving tours for prospective new members, soliciting new sales, hosting new member Orientations, New Member Welcome Receptions and New Member Connect process designed to acclimate and connect new Members within the first year; be aware of team Members and the environment and participate as a member of the team.  
• This position will help to resolve member complaints and issues, while providing the appropriate follow-up and communication.

The Club at Renaissance opened its doors in 2003 featuring a championship Arthur Hills-designed golf course hailed as one of the best in southwest Florida. Shortly thereafter, in 2004, the David Humphrey-designed clubhouse was completed.
