Overview:

***This position will require working days, nights and weekends!***

The Communications Service Operator provides overall switchboard operation for the facility. Duties include answering and routing incoming calls, relaying messages, paging physicians and staff, executing emergency notifications, operating a doctor's answering service, providing excellent customer service and front-line public relations.

Qualifications:

• Experience:Up to one year
• Required Education:High School Education or GED
• Certifications: None
• Other:Basic computer knowledge, excellent customer service skills, ability to listen thoroughly and obtain complete and accurate information, able to execute efficiently and calmly during emergency situations, ability to multiple task, must be a team player, must be able to work without close supervision.
