Job Duration: 4 Week's Assignment on W2
Overview
We re seeking a proactive, organized individual to synthesize content, update policy guidelines, and enhance internal sites. An ideal candidate would be forward-thinking, skilled in drawing connections, and focused on clarity and consistency while streamlining messaging. The role requires weekly on-campus meetings (preferably Wednesdays) and involves up to 40 hours per week for 4 to 6 weeks. Please note that travel expense reimbursement is not included in this assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Review foundational documents to pinpoint necessary updates, exclusions, and deletions of related content
Conducts thorough analysis of documents and sites for inconsistencies and necessary updates. Identify opportunities to streamline content while ensuring key messages are preserved and easy to understand
Collaborate with process partners to further clarify and enhance understanding of integrated touchpoints and handoffs while ensuring concise messaging
Edit and update all related documents and internal sites, as needed, with proactive use of good grammar, spelling and punctuation
Consult with the Sr. People Experience Partner to gather information and for content clarification
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed
Prior experience as a content writer
Strong written and verbal communication, organization and prioritization skills
High accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient using Google Suite (including Docs, Slides and Sheets)
Proficient using WordPress
