About the Job
- Responsible for ensuring timely, creative and accurate dissemination of program updates and information
- Communications Specialist will create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy and effective storytelling that aligns with corporate messaging
- Maintain editorial calendars for programs, manage documentation and program collateral
- Maintain and update internal program SharePoint sites
- Drive brand consistency across all communication channels
- Event coordination and planning; Managing suppliers and vendors/POs; Organizing and preparing materials
- As a Communications Specialist, you will manage annual event calendar
- Support collection of feedback/surveys
- Preparation of PowerPoints and maintenance of program libraries and resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent training preferred
- 2-4 years of related experience required
- Basic knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
- Basic knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
