About the Job
TechOp Solutions is seeking a dynamic and organized Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting effective communication strategies, coordinating various communication activities, and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. This role involves collaborating with different departments, managing communication projects, and enhancing the organization’s internal and external communications.
Requirements
· 1-4 years of experience developing communications and/or training materials (e.g., guides, handbooks) for federal government clients
· 1-4 years of experience designing, and facilitating offsites/workshop/trainings/conferences for federal government, including day-of execution
· Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint & Presentation Design (including embedding live links, surveys, media, etc. into presentations)
· Bachelors Degree in Communications or Business
Preferred Experience:
· Experience developing strategic communications & training materials for CBP or other law enforcement agencies.
· Experience supporting program strategic planning and roadmap development
· Proven experience in instructional design, education, organizational behavior, or human resources
· Familiarity in adult learning principles including ADDIE modeling.
· Demonstrated experience with training material design, development, and delivery
· Experience in production of labs, summits and offsite meetings including day-of execution
· Creativity, self-confidence, and a demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity
· Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
· Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
