Job Summary:
This is specialized work supervising and coordinating the training of the Communications Center personnel. An employee in a position allocated to this class is responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and overseeing the training of the Communications Center personnel on both entry and advanced level positions.
Special Requirements
Florida Department of Health 911 Public Safety Telecommunicator Program completion
FDLE Full Access Certification
Mandatory pre-employment physical and drug tests. Florida Drivers License required.

Minimum Education, Certification, and Experience Requirements
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred.
Requires three years of Police Dispatch experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
