About the Job
Office Villas is looking for a Community Associate to join our team in our Great Neck coworking space. The Community Associate will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in managing the day to day of a workspace community. This includes providing for the needs of the community members, responding to members’ requests efficiently, and building relationships with members to enhance their experience with the Office Villas community.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all members and guests. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. They have a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Helping support the concierge function and contributing to the quality of our front desk experience.
- Developing relationships with Office Villas members.
- Responding to member requests efficiently and personally – you will be given the tools and knowledge to answer just about any request that comes your way.
- Ensuring that regular systems are operating smoothly and assisting when necessary.
- Assisting members in the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Engaging with and conducting tours with prospective members.
- Receiving and distributing members’ mail and packages.
Requirements:
- Available 6 hours per day between 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday
- Available from 9am-3pm on Fridays
- A high school diploma is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Reliable, professional, courteous, and patient
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Detail oriented and organized with solid time management skills
- Comfortable working with everyone, treating everyone as an equal
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn new things
- Proven customer service skills
- Technological savvy
