Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Community Director with Affordable Asset experience to join our team. This position will provide administrative leadership and support to a high-rise community in Allentown, PA. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required, as we will help you get one!

Rate: Based on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall operation of the community.
- Manage maintenance team and capital improvement projects.
- Rent collection.
- Budget oversight and expense control.
- Weekly and monthly reporting.
- Processing applications.
- Customer service.
- Data entry Yardi experience preferred.
- Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
- Prior experience in affordable asset management (HUD, Sect 8, elderly preferred).
- PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and paperwork processing.
- Great customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
