Chestnut Health Systems is a leading provider of behavioral and primary health care services. Over four decades, Chestnut has grown to almost 800 committed, compassionate employees providing substance use, mental health, and primary care treatment to patients in Illinois and Missouri. We provide fully integrated care for all our patients by combining behavioral health care services with our community-based primary care health centers. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of community health campaigns.
- Develop, test, and refine messaging and materials in collaboration with graphic designers and partners.
- Manage program budgets, report outcomes, and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
- Engage in advocacy efforts and uphold the values of trauma-informed care, respect, and empowerment in all interactions.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience OR a master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in communication, marketing, behavioral health, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage large projects and collaborate across teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, videoconferencing, and online reporting systems.
- A valid driver’s license, private insurance, and the ability to travel within the service area.
- Home internet connection
- Must be able to obtain DCFS CANTS Child Abuse Clearance.
