About the Job
Reliance Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking an enthusiastic Community Liaison to join our Sales Team! This position is full-time, and will be covering areas around San Fernando Valley.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between families and the agency during the admission process.
- Establish an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the agency are achieved and maintained.
- Support the team in developing and maintaining sales and marketing plans, strategies, and public relations opportunities to promote and communicate the Reliance vision and mission statement.
- Proactively seek out potential clients and families for our hospice services
- Coordinate referral process for patients starting hospice services
Qualifications
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Healthcare preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Healthcare or Marketing related field
- Hospice experience preferred
- Current and valid driver's license
- Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship building
- Spanish or Tagalog speaker preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
