Community Manager - Faster Way to Fat Loss

We're looking for an energetic and driven Community Manager with a passion for organic
social media to join our growing team in Clearwater, Florida. In this role, you'll help build and
manage our online communities, create engaging content, and foster genuine connections with

Responsibilities:

â— Develop and implement organic social media strategies across multiple platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement, increase followers, and build
brand loyalty.
â— Engage with our community daily by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
in a timely and professional manner.
â— Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to create compelling social
content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) that reflects our brand's voice and goals.
â— Monitor social media trends, competitors, and community feedback to continuously
optimize our social presence.
â— Plan and execute community-focused events, challenges, or campaigns that foster
participation and build brand advocacy.
â— Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and
recommendations for improvement.
â— Assist with other marketing and communication initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

â— 1-2 years of experience in community management, social media, or a related field.
â— Demonstrated experience in managing organic social media accounts and growing
engagement.
â— Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
â— Creative, self-motivated, and eager to learn with the ability to thrive in a collaborative
environment.
â— Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
â— Health or fitness industry experience is a plus but not required.
â— Knowledge of social media trends, analytics tools, and emerging platforms is a bonus.
