About the Job
Hire Up Staffing Services is currently looking for a Community Manager for a client in the Visalia area. The pay rate is $20/hour DOE.
Hours are M-F from 8am to 4:30pm with an hour lunch. There will be occasional meetings in the evening time once per week.
Job Duties Include:
- Answering phones and email correspondence
- Managing assigned properties
- Point of contact for customers and vendors
- Write memos and violation letters
- Receive bids from vendors
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous Office Management experience
- Proficient with MS Office programs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Attention to detail
