Community Outreach Representative - Entry Level - MGN Foundation

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Community Outreach Representative to join our team and be the face of our organization! Key Responsibilities

As a Community Outreach Representative, you will:

• Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and residents to increase awareness of our initiatives.
• Event Representation: Represent our organization at community events, fairs, and other outreach activities, sharing information about our programs and services.
• Outreach Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing outreach campaigns to engage the community, including setting up informational booths and distributing promotional materials.
• Public Speaking: Conduct presentations to educate the public about our mission, goals, and services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our internal team to coordinate outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives.
• Data Tracking: Gather feedback and track engagement to help measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.

Desired Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with:

• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is preferred. Experience in community outreach or public engagement is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Interpersonal Abilities: Strong people skills and the ability to build rapport with community members and stakeholders.
