This is a full-time position for a Community Relations Specialist at Oakley Home Access in CT. The specialist will be responsible for managing our industry specific community relations, engagement, outreach, and event planning to promote the services and mission of Oakley Home Access. Your priority is focused education to the greater HealthCare Provider Networks, Rehabilitation, Sub-Acute care, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, In-Home Service organizations who would recommend Oakley Home Access as the provider for required services at home. You will be responsible for onsite visitation and weekly collaboration with the decision makers at these locations, building upon trust, and growing our community network of resources.

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Community Outreach and Event Planning
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field experience
• Health Industry experience
